  Shocking costumer service ! Non existing !!! Bought a Nissan Note from them in October 2016 then swap it for a Nissan Juke in December last year . Yohannes was the one which dealt with me for the first & second car . With the second “ forgot “ to mention there is no spare wheel which I find it only after we sign the paper . The answer was “ you can buy one from EBay will cost only ....” Excuse me how about mention it to me first but fine I haven’t check it also as I assume will be there !!! The Note had 4 policy covers on it . Two easy to cancel it by my self and in a week time got the cheque ! the other two with Rac had to be done by Invicta mothors don’t know why . Went back to them on early January and they said will be done . Left the paperwork work with them and guess what nothing happen . The two policy cost around @£1400 which if you take a year out still a good amount to be paid back . Phone Yohannes once said will be done in a week , waited couple of weeks and I was in the area and he said to wait till 14th Feb . Waited till end of February and still nothing . Phoned Yohannes didn’t even picked up give me the brunch number by text . Called couple of time and they said someone will call you back but nobody phoned ! Is been 2 month and a half of nothing ! And we talking here about a national brand not a small dealer !!!! Absolutely shocked that I have to chase them . Just wanted a bit of CUSTOMER SERVICE GENTS NOTHING ELSE . Wonder if I’m going to get a response now .

  I have used Invicta Motors for many years. My car has just been serviced,efficiently and courteously as usual. One word though sums up my reason for using Invicta Motors, Maidstone.......TRUST. Difficult to earn, easy to lose but has never been compromised.
