  Very good sales and back up staff, had a miss hap with our towing cable on our way back from Peterborough after new year. Called in to book van in to have cable replaced, no problem done there and then, what stars, could not thank them enough.

  Last service for the 3yr guarentee on new caravan bought , very disapointing. Battery tested and failed, no phone call to see if we would replace it, no verbal communication relating to the battery when picking up the van late afternoon. Get back to storage unable to use mover was struggling in the dark. Back today to check battery and battery test ticket in with the battery saying needs replacement. Extemely frustrating we will be finding another service provider!
