  Never answer the phone. Told prescriptions haven't been sent by Dr. Wait ages for presciption to be dispensed. Queues always a Mike long with one person serving. I could go on all day with what's wrong with this chemist!

  Moved to a new house in April 2015 and registered with the local doctors surgery near this chemist. Previously at old address we had a local Lloyds Pharmacy that was efficient, but since using the one in Northumberland Court for our regular repeat prescriptions, my wife any I have experienced nothing but delays in getting them processed. For example last week I went to collect my wife's multiple item prescription that had been sent to them direct from the surgery, and it was on two forms. They only processed ONE and said that was the only one the doctor had sent. So my wife phoned the surgery who confirmed BOTH had been sent together, but when we returned to Lloyds, they claimed it had come in the next day, but that they hadn't processed it yet. Two days later we went to collect it only to be told that it was STILL not done and were out of stock of one of the items. So my wife returned yet again today to find that the item had arrived BUT she still had to wait 25 minutes for it to be made up!. We will not be using this pharmacy in future, and have informed the surgery that we will from now on collect from them and take the prescriptions to Morrison's supermarket pharmacy which we know as a far more speedy service. So much for Lloyds' express service...RUBBISH!!!!
