  It was my wife's birthday on Monday and a friend in London sent her some flowers we were out when they were delivered and left at the rear of house, and on our return when we found them sadly they were cooked from the sun, my wife contacted Niki's and explained what had happened without hesitation another bouquet was sent the following morning. We are all very quick to make a complaint but sadly not so quick to compliment l would highly recommend Niki's for such excellent service and also for caring Roy Watson
