  One of the worst customer services , initially went to have sim transferred into a new phone , something had clearly gone wrong as my number had been swapped and some stranger had now gotten my number which we tested before making a second visit to which I was met with an arrogant , rude and condescending manager, avoiding to take some responsibility, in the end I had to get a new sim as "all of a sudden" my old sim was faulty and lost all the contacts on my old sim and left disgruntled by poor service, I have been a long serving customer and have been to the store before and never had been met with such bad service. Even if something had gone wrong if I was met with good service I would not have written this.
